Liam Sercombe still hasn't signed his extension at Cheltenham... At least it would stop him scoring against us! Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s scored for every club he’s played for against us, definitely scored for Cheltenham, Exeter and Oxford at BP.

Sean Morrison, released by Rotherham, definitely worth consideration as our experienced centre half option. I know Rotherham’s in Yorkshire and all that and our track record with them isn’t great but surely one of them has to be decent! Exactly the sort of experienced, no-nonsense CB we’ll hopefully bring in…

Nailed on to sign then score an own goal in his first appearance.

Greg will be scouring the Rotherham released list for anyone whose played under 15 games all season. Open to offers for Kayode, don't like their chances of getting a decent fee. ''Steve, we've got Greg on the phone from Carlisle, 200K do you?''

Portsmouth must hate him even more. www.transfermarkt.co.uk/liam-sercombe/bilanz/spieler/77570

Just the 4 against us! I’d have guessed 6 or 7 tbh. Can’t have scored for Bristol R against us as he scored more than once for Exeter.

Tom Pearce is a player of note , athletic , extremely good crosser, 9 starts and 4 assists last season for Wigan, exactly the type of player we should be looking at , not injury prone and 26 years of age really at the point were he needs regular game time.

I’d take a number of players in that Wigan released list.

Think Humphreys is out of reach , he's was In talks but they could not afford him, after cost cutting . He was absolutely immense on when we were away at Wigan

Think Humphreys is out of reach , he's was In talks but they could not afford him, after cost cutting . He was absolutely immense on when we were away at Wigan Best player i saw in League One last season And if hes available the Yanks should just pay him what he wants to say sorry for the fcuk up they made of last season. You have to imagine theres more to it than that if they really wanted to keep him theyd of found a way round the wage cut issue nothing to stop 3 sponsor companies offering him a part time job as say promotions executive on a grand a week each do it on a self employed basis and hed actually be better off. I.d say its just them saying to the fans we tried but he wouldnt sign to deflect the blame from them and hes gone along with that as its less bad than just saying i.m off to a proper club that actually has some fans. But if you look at their list theyve not offered a new contract to any of the senior out of contract players and extensions to just a couple of their younger squad members it has all the signs of a major cost cutting exercise to me
