Meh, I prefer clinging to the old times. I appreciate this makes a lot of issues, my own doing, but again, I`m stubborn.
And that chap I mentioned - the name Colin popped into my head a few minutes ago, that might have been his name.
Oh I'm 28 and I'm still a shopper of the old days , always like to try something on , Jeans for example for something as Simple as a measurement don't know how I vary from 30 to 32 depending on store.
Same with t-shirts anything from a small to a large, which gets me onto this new style on clothes in which everything is loose fit and looks absolutely horrible and messy ...
.wait is this what getting old is complaining about how young people dress.
out into town, and finding things I wouldn`t otherwise know about, is to go around the charity shops.
Finding a small bag of Lego, old toys, or a copy of Stig of the Dump for 20p, is the only excitement I can muster, when out shopping now.
Trying stuff on is a must for me, and I won`t shop for clothes online anymore. Got stung on ebay a few years back, when buying 2 pairs
of Levi`s, brand new in the bag. Trusted they were the right size, and put them in the drawer, and left them until I needed them.
18 months later, opened the first one, and found they were a different size to what I thought they were, and are no good to me.
They`re actually a size 32, so if you`re interested in them happy, let me know !
And thank you lemontea ! That sounds like the chap I meant ! Think he passed away some time back didn`t he ? What a lovely bloke he was !
