Wonderful to read this. Signing a 3 year deal shows real commitment to the club. Top stuff!

Another bitter reminder of that clown Holdsworth and his "no more deals over a year" contract policy.

Definitely not Tanner, he couldn't wait to depart. Feeney perhaps, he definitely has the potential, but Armer must be close to a hundred appearances now so for solid reliability he'd just shade it. Hard to fault the signings under beech. Great to get him signed up.

Hard to fault the signings under Beech?
When I've stopped laughing I'll reply to that comment.

Can’t disagree with the 🐷
The following Beech signings have all gone on to be world beaters!!
Joe Riley, Magnus Norman, Paul Farman, Dean Furman, Danny Devine, Rod McDonald, Brennan Dickenson, Gavin Reilly and Gime Toure.
If only we all had Pigs football brain 🤣😂🤡

The Yorkshire Post have placed Armer on a list they have created showing the most valuable players in L2, with a valuation of £450,000. No sign of Mox though?

I feel we need to face the hard truth that Armer is a dreadful left back. Offers nothing defensively apart from frequent mistakes and gives the ball away so often when going forward. Surely we are going to need a much more competent left back next year if we are to compete at the top. If we can't get rid then surely having him as a cover player is the only option. He's seriously going to hold us back if he is going to be out first choice.

Rb not much better. Thought Back was really poor today.

Rb not much better. Thought Back was really poor today. Ever been a season with a poorer defence and defenders ? I can’t think of one. Simon Jeffels would walk into this side

Simpson must have found Pressley's little green note book, judging by his decision to attempt to play out from the back. He hasn't a clue, the Piataks need to put him and us out of our misery.

When Armer arrived he was a young lad who looked to have potential, whether that potential just hasn't materialised or he's been poorly coached and developed either way he's not progressed into being a good quality left back in either the first or second division, similarly Ellis is at best cover for a better full back, when you think of Zigor Aranalde, Tom Cowan and Paul Arnison and compare them to our current first choice full backs its no wonder we headed down at a rate of knots...

Didn’t Armer sign as a left sided centre half and got converted to left back? Maybe it’s not his natural position as he’s far too stiff to control a ball properly.
