"Papers over the cracks" is the phrase, no? Lose to Reading and yesterday's result means very little in the grand scheme of things. We have now an opportunity to give a good kicking to a real crisis club in Reading. None of this 'it will pull them together' rubbish - we should be itching for revenge of the drubbing that they served us up down at their place. I can't help thinking that we will make errors though as we rarely have followed up positive results with another good one. At least they go into in with their tails up. |

For someone who used to always go about freedom of speech, you have a hard time accepting it when some people have a different opinion to you Richard. Why not just let people enjoy there football club winning a game without ridiculing them. Moonie, I am guessing this is a thread you might want to consider for the graveyard bin. I’m not ridiculing I’m giving my opinion that it’s an overreaction. To be honest it’s madness but yes they are free to do what they want. |

Mulldawg used to be a lot of things, now I think he’s just Piglet & Soul’s useful idiot. 🙁 He is saying it as he sees it though and this one win may be a false dawn. There is no harm in a different perspective as we have been terrible of late. It isn't like what happens on the pitch is anything to do what is said on here - most of them would have fled by now if that was the case. Exactly I’ve been ridiculed for being negative, I think this positivity is madness after one win. There’s positivity/freedom of speech and there’s madness. |

Though it has to be said I must have missed the messiah post, my first thought is that it is tongue in cheek at some of the over reactions from the Simmo outers (who still seem to be in a bad mood, despite a win lol) |

Jesus H. Christ  We looked decent in spells at Bristol Rovers, and last night may not have been a classic - but let's enjoy the 3 points. We now have a chance to go on a run of form. Let's go in to Saturday with a rare hint of optimism, and see if this can be the spark for an end of season recovery. It may be naive, but let's enjoy it. We're unbeaten in 1 game, and haven't conceded in well over 90 minutes. |

Way I see it is my personal opinion is Simmo should have been replaced by now, that hasn't happened and it's probably not going to happen before I would say October at the earliest.
I would much rather be wrong with my current opinion and for things to get better, than suffer more shite just so I would be right.
