It's coming a copy and paste job , it's not normal form this many players to have issues.

You have to look at it the other way though, if he was our player out on loan all season injured would we be happy with him playing the last two games for Evans or get him back to have a pre-season and then decide to keep or sell? Bit of a kick in the teeth for Simmo though who will now question Kayode's integrity. He can just get stuffed now, anyone who has a copy of the last game then watch his reaction when he should be going in for tackles and he just does nothing and looks guilty, I put it down to his fragility but he did the impossible by making the other players in our team look sharp and dedicated to the cause compared to him. Working on the assumption that we've been paying his wages: I couldn't give a shit what Evans, Rotherham, or even Kayode want or think. He should be playing for us if we're the ones putting food on his table. Rated him in the past, but at this point he should be repaying every penny he's taken from our club - unless he wants to explain himself. Which he won't.

Are we just guessing we've been paying him anything very much?
He did most of his rehab at Rotherham. How sure is anyone about the terms of the agreement in case of injury? Is insurance not taken out to cover long term injury anyway?

Just like you’re guessing that Kayode and Simpson have had a falling out.

On the down side, what a chunt.
On the upside, it's the first time in months harmony has broken out on this board. Sort of.

Dennis Patrick Feeney Edmondson Moxon Nixon Timmins Gibson Brunskill Gerrard Goodwin Grehan Whelan Friel Just off the top of my head as folks who have departed the club (or soon will be departing) after (allegedly) not seeing eye to eye with Mary Poppins. Wouldn't be beyond the realms of fantasy to add Kayode to the list. There's a clear pattern here, word gets round in the game. Maybe this is the reason players don't want to sign for us and we weren't able to use all our transfer budget in January. Whatever, I refuse to condemn Kayode without knowing the full story.

PP I think you could add Huntington and Garner to that list.... and although we're all just speculating that list is way too long for there not to be some personality issues in the background... could it be poor man management from someone under immense pressure from a situation of his own making??

Please can you provide evidence of the alleged fallouts with: Dennis Patrick Nixon Timmins Brunskill Goodwin Grehan Friel Or are you just spouting nonsense again, Timothy?

Did he fall out with Moxon and Feeney? I thought they both just wanted away and got better deals? Gibson appears to be a bit of a loose cannon. No smoke without fire if any have been 'fallen out with', he's the manager, can't expect him to be everybody's pal. Name one boss in any sector who everyone likes - it's human nature, folk don't like folk and sometimes with no reason.

Pretty sure you can take Garner off that list they went their own ways after a very amicable chat Garner told Simpson he had the offer to go to Oldham and Simpson said he wouldnt stand in his way if he chose to go but he would still be a valued member of the squad if he didnt.

Amazing how fast they edited the statement about Patrick not responding to an offer in the summer……. Gibson should of been gone after fleetwood - a lot of players wernt happy with how it was leaked what had gone on… Moxon apparently told everyone how he didnt see eye to eye with Simmo.

There's been plenty to criticise Simmo for but I don't have much sympathy with players who've been shit moaning about the manager. It's just an excuse to try and deflect from their own poor performances.
If people want to leave or don't like the manager that's fine, but stay professional, play well and then leave.
Our squad have in the main been shit, unfit compared to our opponents and there have been a number of instances of poor attitudes and unprofessional behaviour throughout the season.
I can well imagine Simmo, who seems to have been a model pro in his playing days, having a bit of a culture clash with players who don't have the same work ethic. If players had been out on the piss or slacking in training but still performed brilliantly then you could argue he could have handled them differently, but the fact is they've been abysmal.

What happened with Gibson at Fleetwood?
