Mentioned on today's social that Nick DeMasi is pushing for this. Thoughts? im all for it if it's done well and gives us more exposure. Anything that grows the fanbase I really don't have an issue with.

Some boring lot on here might have a problem with it but I think if it's fun, looks decent and helps grow the fanbase, who cares?

I have a problem with it being a supporter of their Floridian rivals. I don't see how that makes you boring though.
Why don't we just have Black&White stripes seeing as a lot of you have a hatred for Newcastle.

Don’t care it’s it’s inspired by Vera Duckworth’s wallpaper as long as it looks alright
Would rather have a fearsome jaguar than any kind of porpoise though.

Mentioned on today's social that Nick DeMasi is pushing for this. Thoughts? I'd rather they were pushing for a successful football team rather than fannying about over what colour third kit we wear. Typical Piataks crack, concentrate on the peripherals, ignore the most important thing.

Typical Piataks crack, concentrate on the peripherals, ignore the most important thing. A successful football team and a new kit are not mutually exclusive. It was in response to a question posed about keeping the fruit salad as a third kit, btw. An in-context answer to a specific question.

When we see the Jacksonville Jaguars running out in fruit salad then I might get behind it, but I think its too early to be talking about holding hands like that

It was a jokey comment from him to a BBCRC Insta post! 😂 Joke or not, I like that teal kit. Make it happen! The teal kit is nice, I agree, but what would it look like on a Tuesday night at some of the dark holes we'll be playing at in League 2? (Brunton Park, for instance?) I'm quite convinced that a major reason we've not done well in the fruit salad kit is that it is not very visible. The last two home matches we've played have been against sides with a mainly white shirt and you could certainly see their players. Even our blue kit was not that visible. Consider the end of Saturday's match when we had a downpour of Biblical proportions - it was Blackpool's players that were easier to see than ours (and that wasn't just because ours had gone into hiding!). The bottom line is that football kit is a work uniform - there to do a job - not a fashion item.

That’s what we need to do then. Get a kit that’s even more invisible and then sneak an extra 5 players onto the pitch unnoticed to give us an unfair advantage.
