Where is the funding coming from the ground improvements at Brunton Park? Is it a loan? Is it funding already generated by the club? If it is external investment, is there an expected return? What is the expected revenue generated from the corporate facilities and will it be used to pay back either a loan or investment? How will this impact the club's balance sheet and will it impact FFP?
Similar question for the "Training Complex".
Where is the funding coming from for the training complex? Is it a loan? Is it funding already generated by the club? How will this affect the club's balance sheet? How much will insurance and maintenance cost to run this facility on a yearly basis? How will additional operating costs be covered, what impact will this have on available funding for transfers and player wages?
Then there's the obvious question about the management of the club.
Why have you tolerated such dismal failures on the football field and in the transfer market? Why does it appear like there is no accountability and nobody has taken any responsibility? How can you learn lessons when you never admit to making any mistakes? What would it take for you to (or would you ever) consider the manager's position?

If somebody could demand a written agreement that should we not achieve the accolade of League 2 champions next season, both Piatak father and son, and Simpson father and son combo's join together to give us all a live performance of their Stavros Flately tribute act impressions at Brunton Park at the last pre-season friendly, which should be a fiver to get in.

It wouldn't be a valid agreement unless you spelled it "Piatak". Come on people, show some respect.

I`d like to ask the Piatak`s, what it is they see in Paul Simpson, to continuously back him, and leave him in charge for next year ?
