We're almost there. The war of attrition approaches its (anti)climax. One last chance for the great British rail network to screw us over (or is that 'do us a favour'?) and prevent us making it to a game on time...
We all know the script, and it barely even matters to us. Sorry to those who don't understand this, but I'll not take any comfort in the promotion party at Pride Park. I'm only going for the beer!
See some of you on Saturday...

Is there still a Greggs incorporated into the stadium?
There are no pubs especially close to the ground, walkable from the town centre and station mind.

There are a couple of pubs but my man says we will have zero chance of getting in them on Saturday hes recommending drinking near the station and then getting a taxi down at the last minute

I'm hoping dfa4eva will pick me up at the station to save my poor legs the effort of walking. Plenty of time for ale on the way down (and back).

If you cross the bridge and go out of the back of the station it's a five minute walk.

I feel like this game deserves a proper preview. The players may have checked out for the season but at least we can remain focused, professional and carry ourselves off with a bit of pride on this forum.
The least said about our previous performance the better.
Derby need a point for promotion and this can do funny things to you mentally. However, some pointers which may settle them down somewhat. There is a staggering 69 point gap between the sides. They’re +78 ahead of us on goal difference. Home record for Derby, played 22, won 14, drawn 4, lost 4 – scored 39, conceded 18. Two of those home defeats came in August against Wigan and Oxford. They also lost against Peterborough on New Year’s Day and Charlton at the end of February – but since then have won their last five home games.
Top scorers are James Collins (13 goals) and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing (10 goals, 16 assists), who worryingly both failed to find the net in their most recent home game, a 3-0 stuffing of Orient. Last time out they picked up the points at Cambridge, Mendez-Lang with the winner.
In both their last two games Paul Warne has set them up in a 3-4-1-2 formation. It’s tough to suggest what formation we deploy to counter this, maybe a 4-3-3 or 4-1-4-1, to exploit a bit of width on the counter attack perhaps? Trouble with that would be we have no midfielders and almost zero pace. Three at the back with Neal protecting the back four would seem suicidal, but so would switching to a central defensive two. It’s a teaser, luckily we have a tactical genius in the manager’s chair so no need to worry.
Last but not least, we have a Derby legend running our team. He has more appearances for the Rams and scored more goals than for any other club. Is he really going to be trying to win this fixture and potentially deny them promotion? Hmm…
Derby’s a decent away day, so those of you lucky enough to be in attendance - please take a second to take it all in, it may be a very long time before we “enjoy” a Saturday afternoon fixture in the sun at ground and club like this again, so make the most of it.

I can see us winning this, like the Peterborough game.
Lot of pressure on Derby, for the first time in a while, and they`ll be nervous if they don`t put us away early.

I've got a horrible feeling it could go the other way. Derby put on an end of season show. Score early, 4 or 5 nil. Best flowing movement from ours, getting up the tunnel at the end of the game
Weird comments about Kayode. Sounds like he's gone and, thank god, won't be coming back
