He was a f*ckin` disgrace whoever he supports, and the lino at the Warwick end of the paddock was as much use as a glass eye to Cyclops.

Well surely that's a massive conflict of interest?

Definitely a ref of 2 halves. In the first half he gave everything, in the second nothing.

Whenever a referee is about to make a decision you wonder if they seen it as you seen it but this one in particular appeared to have a tombola.

From where I was in the Paddock, it looked to me that Robsons sending off was the right call. But after hearing Williamsons interview and reading Crunchblues link, it's idiotic that he was chosen as ref today.

I spoke to one of Wigan coaches besides the tunnel during first half and with respect he said it was never a yellow card either 🤔

You would think that due to the refs quite obvious connections to Wigan. That the club would be within there rights to put a complaint in regarding him been an inappropriate appointment for the game? Throw in a red card that could potentially be overturned then it looks pretty poor on the face of it, and it's a strong argument it has influenced the result of the game, particularly as we played the additional 30 mins on top of the 75 with 10 men.

The highlights are up on bbc website. I’ll be amazed if the red card is overturned.

Clutching at straws,no one complained about the ref before the game. To be fair, nobody knew he was a Wigan fan before the game.

Clutching at straws,no one complained about the ref before the game. Do you check the ref's before the game? tbh the amount of shocking ref's we get up here we maybe need to be checking more often, I can't remember the last time we had a ref accused of being a homer

Never checked where a ref was from before a game or after a game for that matter.

Never checked where a ref was from before a game or after a game for that matter. Neither have I but somebody else did and it does look a little suspect, sort of like all the PL refs pretending they follow lower league or nonleague clubs and hundreds of people grassing them up as fans of other teams when they were at school lol There should be zero conflict of interest for ref's though.
