Quality of training facilities is a key factor in attracting better quality loan players.
The owners are putting in place all the pieces of a puzzle required to run a successful club. Some are clearly more important than others but they all combine into having a stable structure built for long term success and will make us more attractive to potential signings.
Some of the narrative on here by the perma-negatives has been so daft that we should only focus on team and nothing else.

Nobody has said "we should focus on team and nothing else". This is a lie. It's a question of priority. Team first priority, peripherals secondary. Not vice versa, like currently.

£4,000,000 to be invested in the training complex. That's in addition to the £4,500,000 refurbishment of the ground. They're certainly serious.

This level of investment could have only been dreamed about 12 months ago, absolutely fantastic. I really don't believe that the Piataks are going to accept anything other than success on the pitch.

Forgot to mention:
"A significantly increased football player budget to ensure we can be successful on the pitch."
So, the budget increased in January - 7 new signings, with a decent wedge (for us) spent on fees. And now it sounds like it is increasing again, despite being a division lower. That's on top of £8.5 million being spent on off-pitch projects.

It would be nice to hear some progress with the council re the training ground.
It probably won’t matter over July, August and September but if we get into October/November and the bp training pitch ends up a quagmire it will be frustrating having no where to train.
Hopefully the council pulls their fingers out of their chocolate starfishes.

£4 million to be spent on a top of range leaf sucker and lights.
Doesn’t leave much else after that.
