Please correct me if I am wrong. The January transfer window opened after the Port Vale game, that is right? Since then we have played 19 games, 9 at home and 10 away. We have got a total of 10 pts from those 19 games. I wonder what the internal KPIs were. Don’t get relegated by end of March, that was achieved. Win 4 away games in the period, achievable and would be acceptable with a reasonable home record. Maybe taking the lead was a KPI, we did in a few games, but lost most by the end of play. My point is, either the the internal KPIs where not reached and Tom bottled it, or they were set so low and had no real relevance and were pointless. Does anyone have any ideas?

Why do you assume they were all on the pitch? Appointing new coach, data, physio, youth staff? Maintaining 5000+ crowds? Selling x number of shirts?

If all the KPI's are unrelated to results on the pitch they are not worth the paper they are written on.

I agree pig, surely the targets would not have been to fall over like a shot duck in January. I don’t think any targets were set hence the comments by junior Tom that they were keeping Simmo forever as he’s the only man ever to get promoted in league two.

Call me old fashioned, but unless there is success on the pitch the club will die. Yes we need good and proper owners, a decent stadium and infrastructure, but that is all well and good if it is replicated on the pitch.

The Piatak cult will have you labelled a troll before you can type "honest objective opinion".

Well I feel the same way of the 'Anti Piatak cult' that labels anyone who praises the Piataks a troll before we can type an honest objective opinion. It's true! There is an Anti Piatak cult and they are trying to take away our free speech.

Being a Piatak cult member isn't the same as thinking the Piataks are doing a spiffing job, if you think this - good for you. The Piatak cult seeks to abuse, belittle, insult and discredit those who don't share that opinion and prevent anyone from expressing this view. That's the difference.

There is no such thing as a Piatak cult member or anti Piatak cult member-they are simply a figment of one sad board member's imagination.

There's definitely cult like behaviour on this forum and elsewhere online.
That's a fact, not imagination.
