Marko , I've given you enough time to backaway.] Mccalmont is a bit more than Harris , he did have other options . Harris was signed as stated in the interview with a view to develop . Harris is rumoured to be in just over 1k and Mccalmont is around 2k You've just completely made all of that up! Just another I know from a source bollocks. Do you people never learn? From the Daily Mirror , average weekly wage bills in the 4th division. This figure significantly surpassed the league average of about £58,000. www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/ryan-reynolds-wrexham-wages-salary-32635391The average salary in the 4th division for a first team player is over 2k a week but a player, I imagine playing well in the first team in the conference, is going to accept half the going rate. Come and join us Jayden to develop, we've 1 coach, training pitches that are registered RSPB marshlands and a manager that plays a style of putting the ball 40 feet over your head, Rubbish, he'll just wait until someone else offers him more if it's not up to expectations. While Frank is correct that McCalmont was probably on a good wage at Leeds, they'll keep paying a good chunk of it until his contract with them expired. The same as we'll have to do when we dump Harris. Marko I'm very confident I am right , actually I have no doubts , the fact that you are using average wage is absolutely comical. Grow up , it's beyond a joke now how you act. You just don't like being wrong, but you would think by now you would be used to it.

Yes, why would average wage have anything to do with how much players earn? Certainly not the kind of thing an agent would be interested in negotiating a contract for his client. Not all players have agents, of course. Who is McCalmonts? Jack Robinson's? Let me guess, you heard it direct from a player? But you can't say? No one would ever doubt that, how is it possible that people don't get believed on here? Astonishing, some people are so cynical.

Marko you didn't even know Kayode had another year left on his contract . Don't think you are the detective you think you are. Mccalmont negating points , he is a midfielder with both league 2 and 1 experience, we weren't the only club looking at him and he had an international cap for northern Ireland. Marko you are wrong here , and I am honestly laughing at how you are still trying to make the most stupid arguments to keep going.

God only knows what McCalmont is on. Whatever it is, it's too much. Harris is a salutary lesson on crap, unsupported recruitment, and he is almost certainly on a decent whack, 100k+. A whack we will have to support in part, probably, to be shot of him. The Peterborough model is very seductive, but everyone is trying to do it. We are late to the game and chronically ill-equipped. I would say our competitive advantage is taking a chance on Scottish players and giving them the opportunity to try their luck in England. Geographically, we are ideally placed for that. But Greg?! I don't know, the imagination of a fish. I just cannae see it happening. Watching Kelly and Armstrong against Wycombe was like watching seals try and catch flies. My total guess, but I would think that's costing us 6k across the pair a week, Jesus. It has to be better

He was signed for development, "mobile box-to-box style midfielder who has a lot of growth potential." I am 100% sure he's on nowhere near it, he has a very incentive based contract based on appearances etc. You do understand how averages work don't you ? We were bottom 4 which points to are wages being well bellow 2k on average , so why wound are development player be signed on 2k ? Are you ok Marko you don't seem to be thinking properly

Because when you are head hunted you get a payrise. If you don't, why go? Why is this so hard? Hardly because of the never ending night life on Botchergate, the art galleries and ballet or our rich history of turning rough diamonds into million pound gems is it?!!
I assume you've been offered a job before

Not a chance Harris is on anywhere near £2k a week. Quite a lot of your posts include words such as “probably”, “chances are”, “possibly” and “almost certainly” - total guesswork in other words and more often than not your guesswork is well wide of the mark. Just another thread where you’re in the minority (of one) when it comes to a point of view!
Your insistence that because you’re not privy to information or provided with written or photographic evidence then something didn’t happen or doesn’t exist is ridiculous.

I assume you've been offered a job before Marko I am generally laughing my head off at your attempt to argue , it's soo bad . And when I get offered roles I think of several things , growth potential, location, wage , company ethos and is the role actually interesting. I am not a money motivated person. Marko you're whole theory as to why he's on 2k wage is because he was signed on a fee and because the average league 2 salary is 2k per week .

Growth potential at Carlisle, really? Location, as far as the Romans got and thought fk this, no more . Ethos, no idea? Is it interesting, sitting in the reserves compared to playing first team football?
Hm, let's see if jayden will leave his flat, his girlfriend, his mates, his family behind for, checks notes, no reason at all. Except money of course. Not everyone is stupid
And yes I think think he is on 100k because the average salary is 100k and he was signed for a fee. Why would he take less? You don't believe, you know, but can't say Only that it's because it's half what a Leeds youth player with no agent was on. An equally invented number you know.

He was meant to be on around £500 , so he's doubled his contract, got a chance to play a division high , double his wage , and get a 3 year deal ....that strikes me as a pretty good reason to move ? Give up Marko, I can argue with utmost arrogance as I know I am right , and you are wrong.

Harris's efforts against Blackpool confirm whatever salary he's on is too much. As he was supposedly signed on a 3 year deal as a project, he's going to have to go some in his final year to prove he's got a future as a professional footballer, let alone a L2 one, even the Eastleigh management team saw how poor he was.

I think you may actually be , you like the kid at school who will argue that 3+3=33 and won't accept they are wrong. Like I can't stop laughing at you , you've really entertained my day.
