International football.
Bin it.
Is there anyone out there who prefers a mid-season international week to a normal football league week?

None premier league games shouldn't be postponed due to internationals, clubs buying players are aware that they might be called away, so they should suck up the selection interference by having a squad that can provide cover. Premier league clubs don't cancel games when their players are away at the African cup.

Note to Gareth France 14 Gibraltar 0 That's what you do to ***te opposition. Being an ex defender he'd tell his team to stop at 4. Or he'd speak to the ref like coaches did back in the day when a Rugby team was getting battered by halftime and they'd cut the game short to have more time in the bar.

England are shite, but VAR really needs to die now. That is absolutely beyond a joke.

I’ll get excited, a bit, at the main tournament 😂 Not unless Southgate suddenly wakes up to what he has at his disposal. Embarrassing approach at the moment, we should be going for the jugular against 99% of the nations in the footballing world. But we don't. England should be one of the most exciting sides on the planet.

Brilliant from Saka.
But Grealish is offside.

Harry Kane in play for literally 5 seconds and he scores.
Edit - or forces an own goal.

Seen enough of England under Southgate. There is no way he can take this squad further.

bloody hell. we beat Italy home and away, cruise to qualification with two games to go but no, we should be crushing every side we play.
The Malta game was bang average and I only caught the first 30 mins of this one but a bit of context is required.
Oh, and we're seeded for the finals.
Remind me of all those England managers that 'utilised the players at their disposal fully'. Golden generation anyone?
I always wonder if other nation's fans act the same. I mean if you lot were Italian, you'd probably have a full on meltdown.

Alf Ramsey did decently.
Southgate's teams are awful to watch. I wouldn't mind not winning every game if we played entertaining, exciting football.
Will I look back on Southgate's teams with any fondness, not likely.
Best England teams to watch in my lifetime have been the 1986 side when Robson was forced into binning Robson & Wilkins and picking Beardsley.
Then the 1996 team, which ironically, Southgate was part of.
